I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Waterloo.
I am a native English speaker and I am a certified TEFL teacher with 6 years’ experience of teaching English in Asia to students of all ages and all levels, from beginner to advanced.
I have been a teacher with Whales English for 2 years and Palfish for 3, with additional private tutoring.

I like to focus on correct pronunciation, intonation, repetition and fun?. I feel that it’s important to learn in a relaxed and nonjudgmental class. I enjoy seeing my students make mistakes because we get to correct our speech safely and efficiently. It’s so important to learn the phonics of the English alphabet so others can understand you clearly when listening, I like to have fun with phonics. My relaxed personality puts students at ease so they feel more comfortable to be themselves which makes learning much more fun.
