My name is teacher Danica and I am from Canada. I am currently living in southern Europe and I have to say, being next to the beach and not having snow is a pleasant change from harsh Canadian winters! I have a master's degree in Sociology and Psychology. I also hold an advanced 160 hour TEFL certificate and have completed a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate. I love learning about food and healthy eating! In my spare time I love to cook and go for walks in nature with friends.

I have been teaching English as a second language to students of all ages here in Europe since 2016 and to children in China, with both Whales English and Dada, since 2018. I teach Oxford Reading Tree and National Geographic Reach Higher courseware to my private students. I love reading with and engaging my students in interesting conversations in English.
